BiFlow

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Last reviewed: August 16, 2026
Draft prepared from a direct review of how BiFlow's licensing, subscriptions, and features actually work today. Have a lawyer review this before treating it as a binding contract with paying customers, particularly the liability and payment sections.

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of BiFlow, a business/clinic management application ("BiFlow," "we," "us"). By activating or using BiFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you're using BiFlow on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these Terms for that business.

What BiFlow is — and isn't

BiFlow helps you run the day-to-day administrative side of a solo or small business: scheduling, client records, packages, invoicing, payment tracking, and optional expense tracking.

BiFlow is not: an accounting system, a certified tax-filing tool, a medical records system, or a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. Any VAT, tax, or financial report BiFlow generates is provided for your convenience and should be verified with your accountant before being relied on for official filings.

Accounts, activation, and licensing

Your data and your responsibility for it

As explained in our Privacy Policy, your business data lives on your own device by default. That means you are responsible for backing it up. We strongly recommend turning on Google Drive Auto-Backup or regularly exporting a manual backup. If a device is lost, damaged, reset, or has its browser data cleared without a backup in place, we cannot recover that data for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Third-party services

Optional features rely on third-party services you connect yourself — Google Drive for backups, and Anthropic's API for the AI Assistant. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms. We aren't responsible for their availability, changes, or outages.

Service availability

BiFlow runs in your browser and does not depend on our servers for day-to-day use (aside from the optional features above), so it continues to work even if our website is temporarily unavailable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the hosted app pages themselves, updates, or of any third-party service BiFlow optionally connects to.

Disclaimer of warranties

BiFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that BiFlow's calculations, reports, and documents (including VAT/tax reports and official invoices) meet your legal and regulatory obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BiFlow, including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption — particularly where data loss results from not maintaining a backup as recommended above. Our total liability for any claim relating to BiFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using BiFlow at any time. We may suspend or deactivate an activation code for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of shared systems (like the licensing service). Local data already stored on your device, and any backups already saved to your own Google Drive, remain yours and are unaffected by deactivation — but the app itself will stop functioning without a valid activation code.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as BiFlow evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect. Continuing to use BiFlow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
